The Brown Ledge waterfront includes five departments, 20 counselors, and eight activities and Eva Nilsson gracefully manages it all. Eva is well suited for the job. In her native Sweden she was a teacher for 20 years and a principal for 10 years before becoming a school superintendent with the responsibility of running the nine schools and 18 preschools in her jurisdiction. On the Brown Ledge waterfront, Eva makes sure that everything runs smoothly and safely. You may find her behind the wheel of the ski boat or you may see her with an ear to the weather radio and an eye on the sky, gauging incoming weather fronts and ready with the air horn to signal an approaching storm. Eva is a multi-sport athlete who skis and runs marathons.
