January 17, 2026 – Scholarship applications due

February 15, 2026 – Deposit is nonrefundable after this date

April 1, 2026 – Tuition is due and nonrefundable after this date

Brown Ledge Camper Referral Program

No one understands the power of Brown Ledge better than those that have experienced it! We want to thank you for helping bring new families into our community through our camper referral program.

• Families currently signed up for summer 2026 are eligible for a $250 tuition credit if their referral also enrolls for 2026. 
• 2026 Contracted staff are eligible for a $250 stipend, included in their last paycheck, if their referral enrolls for this summer.

Who exactly is a referral?

A referral is a camper that has not previously enrolled at Brown Ledge Camp. This includes friends, cousins, and extended family members of current families, campers and counselors. Siblings of current campers or children of alumni are not considered referrals.

What if I refer someone who doesn’t end up enrolling?

Thanks for your referral! We understand that campers who are referred don’t always attend. We will be happy to keep your referral’s name on our list should they enroll in the future. In the event your referral enrolls and then withdraws before the start of camp after you’ve already received the $250 credit, the discount will be rescinded and a balance will be due on your account.

What if more than one of my referral enrolls?

You will receive a $250 credit for each referral.

How do I refer a camper?

To make a referral you can reach out directly to Marjorie or Brooks, or have the family complete this form. Make sure to have the family mention that you referred them!
